As per these regulations, once our products have left the compounding pharmacy, they are no longer considered to be in saleable condition, even if they are unopened. Due to safety reasons and the nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any products that have been dispatched from our compounding pharmacy.

When goods are in transit, the responsibility falls on the courier company. We will always ensure that your goods are packed securely and dispatched undamaged. This could be for any reason deemed by the prescribing physician, including any contraindication with other medication or if they deem it unsafe for any reason. In cases where the physician decides against prescribing, you will receive a 100% refund on that medication, and you may also be eligible for a full refund of your entire order. If you are ever refused service, our support team will assist you in finding an alternative solution.

We do not tolerate hostile or abusive behavior towards our staff members. If a client is deemed to have committed harassment in any way, we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or issue a refund and pursue appropriate legal action.
